What We Do?
We provide ‘Fit for Purpose’ ONLINE training courses & consultancy services on effective handling of Intellectual Properties arisen out of research/innovation projects to achieve expected research and commercial objectives.
Our audiences are ‘Academics, Research Students (in PG level), Professionals (in Research Support, Knowledge Exchange, Technology Transfer), Universities (esp. TTOs, RSOs, Research & KE Committees), Incubators & Accelerators, Startup Business Executives and Spinout Founders’ in UK.
We also serve those outside UK as we operate in ONLINE ONLY mode.

- Meant to provide an option for 'innovators, TTOs, Startups' to have access to an 'Innovation Consultant / IP Exploitation Expert' via a subcontract agreement ‘for a pre-agreed time-buyout affordably in Online mode'.

We Help Transform TTOs & RSOs?
We support Technology Transfer Offices (TTOs) & Research Support Offices (RSOs) in Research-Intensive Institutions towards solving their temporary shortage of experienced staffs in ‘Technology Transfer or Spinout Creation or IP Commercialisation roles’, via providing ‘subcontracted consultancy services’ to handle ‘specific research commercialisation projects of their inventors’ or/and ‘delivery of accelerator-type programmes to mentor innovators & founders’.
We aid Institutions in developing ‘appropriate in-house support services’ (incl. strategies to improve TTO operation, contribution as Innovation Champion or Commercial Advisor) to deliver effective Management & Exploitation of IPs .

- Meant to provide a cost-effective mechanism to employers for their requirement to train professional staffs and researchers on IP commercialisation and spinout/startup creation skills, through attending ONLINE courses of IP2Impact Ltd conveniently in either ‘Instructed-Led LIVE’ or ‘Self-Study’ mode.
- Can opt for either ‘a bulk purchase of online Self-Study/Instructor-Led courses’ or ‘a subscription option to access an exclusive customised Institutional Learning Portal (containing pre-selected choice of online Self-Study courses) for its employees’.
- Meant to provide support to 'TTOs, RSOs, Research & Knowledge Exchange Committees' of Institutions on strategic institutional 'IP commercialisation & innovation support' policies and plans (via subcontracted time-buyout of an Innovation Champion / Commercialisation Advisor for a fixed tenure).
- Can provide advisory support to spinout companies (esp. working on deep-tech IPs) in the capacity of a Non-Executive Director (NED) or a Subcontracted Commercial Advisor role to ‘handhold & coach’ the Spinout Founders and Startup Business Executives (esp. in the early days of a new company operation).
- Meant to provide ‘direct hands-on’ support as IP Commercialisation Consultant (for a fixed tenure under pre-agreed Ts&Cs) to deliver research commercialisation support on ‘one or few selected research/innovation projects’ of an institution.
- Can fill-in the temporary shortage of available experienced Knowledge Exchange / Technology Transfer Professional staffs in an institution to continue maintaining their obligated support services to researchers/staffs around IP commercialisation and Innovation Programmes delivery.
