Overview
Knowledge Exchange (KE) Professionals executing IP (Intellectual Property) Commercialisation support roles or Academic-Research Agreement-drafting roles are often required to understand the basic nuances of various academic agreement templates (used in the context of UK University environment) so that a better negotiation planning and securing a better deal can be achieved.
This course will be mainly useful to KE professionals or legal professionals who ‘are new to the domain of drafting academic research agreements’ and wish to get an upper hand while negotiating with external parties on academic research agreements by understanding various essential Terms/Clauses’.
